Defender:

Cyrus Davidon leads a small guild in the human capital of Reikonos. Caught in an untenable situation, facing death in the den of a dragon, they are saved by the brave fighters of Sanctuary who offer an invitation filled with the promise of greater adventure. Soon Cyrus is embroiled in a mystery - someone is stealing weapons of nearly unlimited power for an unknown purpose, and Sanctuary may be the only thing that stands between the world of Arkaria and total destruction.

Avenger:

When a series of attacks on convoys draws suspicion that Sanctuary is involved, Cyrus Davidon must put aside his personal struggles and try to find the raiders. As the attacks worsen, Cyrus and his comrades find themselves abandoned by their allies, surrounded by enemies, facing the end of Sanctuary and a war that will consume their world.

Champion:

As the war heats up in Arkaria, Vara is forced to flee after an ancient order of skilled assassins infiltrates Sanctuary and targets her. Cyrus Davidon accompanies her home to the elven city of Termina and the two of them become embroiled in a mystery that will shake the very foundations of the Elven Kingdom – and Arkaria.

    If you enjoy epic fantasies with all the swords, magic, monsters, gods and memorable characters-this series is a MUST READ! There are multiple characters, each with their own personalities. There's lots of fighting, intrigue, adventure, romance and humor that will keep you turning the pages, wondering what's going to happen next. At times, I got mad at the main character for being so thick-headed and other times, laughing my *$$ off from some action or something said. This series is well worth your time! (I would love to see this series done up on HBO etc. I think it would make an outstanding cable series.)

    Read this one. However for those who have read many, skip this one. Every other sentence is a fantasy cliche. The author focuses too much on fitting the fantasy formula and not enough on telling the story.

    What a great book! It really gave me a sense of adventure and knightly hood brining so many wonderful fantasies of far off worlds to mind. I highly encourage others to read this tale because I can guarantee that if you and a true fan of good adventure books, like myself, you will absolutely fall in love with this story

    "WOW" says it all. I couldn't stop reading, I never thought I'd find a series to love as much as I love The Sword of Truth but Robert Crane has utterly blown me away with Sanctuary. I HIGHLY recommend this series for everybody!!!!

    Calling all GoT and LOTR's fans!! If you like fantasy at all, you will LOVE this series!! I now own all 8 of the main series, and as soon as I get the money, will own the other .5 books. I have a hard time believing this isn't on NY TIMES BESTSELLER'S List. I would love to see this series brought to life! So much so, I sent Jeremy Renner @Renner4Real #TheCombine a tweet recommending it! Lol Trust me, after you read it you'll want to send a tweet too! Lol

    This book series by Robert crane are a fantastic series starter. The protagonist does not see your typically problems one would expect (which in my opinion is a good thing, better than the same old story line). I highly recommend this book set as well as the following books. Albeit I haven't read the other books in the series simply due to the lack of iTunes money. If I could though....

    I found myself flipping through the pages, often sacrificing sleep and socialization to find out what happens next. Characters are complex. The world is as immersive as any. If you are a fan of Robert Jordan, you will find a similar interest in this epic. Luckily, I was browsing free books and found Robert J. Crane's phenomenal series. I've already purchased the next few books in the series and consider it money well spent.

    I loved reading this series. The storyline is very immersive, and makes you feel as if you are reading the life of an online rpg character! The ending left something to be desired though. But hey! It was an amazing book and I highly recommend it.
