    I was interested in reading this book to gather more information on losing fat but gaining muscles. This book is clearly focused on yoga especially towards the end. The benefits of yoga and hot yoga was explain in more details as opposed to what is fat? How does alter your body? What does excess fat do to your body? The weight of fat compared to muscles? These are all topics missing from this book. I completely wouldn't recommend this book to anyone who's looking to build muscle and lose fat. If you want to know about yoga its for you.
