    Very poorly written--seriously. Repetitive and the information is mostly outdated. Not worth the money, but if it were free and the reader was unfamiliar with the topic it might be slightly illuminating.

    I bought the book because I was primarily interested in the author's summary of Cialdini's influence principles, but I found so much more in this book. The author really goes into a lot of the ways that we are manipulated by politicians, marketers and salespeople. You will have your eyes opened for sure. An excellent read.
